Hummingbird feeders

I was in desperate need of two hummingbird feeders and ordered from you guys as these are the feeders. I normally like to use one of them, however, was broken with two of the standing perch’s were broken off in the packaging
I however did not have time to send it back as my birds were hungry and feeding up for their return trip to South America
I have never had problems with the hook holder breaking as other people have as I have about 30 to 40 birds every year. I have to have at least eight feeders out so I need these big feeders or I’m refilling three times a day and I cannot find them anywhere in the city of Va Beach. That’s why I got them from you.

Flaw

The adapter for hanging hook has a seam that splits over time causing the whole feeder to crash. This has happened twice now. I love the wide top feeder for ease of cleaning, however I feel that you should replace the cap, as the rest of the feeder is fine.
