SWIFTCHOICE will make every effort to ship your order within the estimated delivery time frame.
SWIFTCHOICE is not responsible for any delays or errors caused by the carrier.
Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
SWIFTCHOICE offers a variety of shipping options to meet your needs.
- Priority Shipping: This is a faster shipping option. Orders shipped with priority Shipping typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will vary depending on the shipping option you choose and the destination of your order. You can calculate the shipping cost for your order by adding items to your cart and entering your shipping information.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as inclement weather or customs delays. If there is a shipping delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
Delivery Methods
Packages are delivered via FedEx, USPS or UPS, depending on the destination and delivery method selected.
International Shipping
We currently only ship orders within the United States.
Tracking Information
Once an order has been shipped, customers receive a tracking number via email, allowing them to track the progress of their shipment.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate the matter and replace your order if necessary.
Return Policy

Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are allowed up to 30 minutes after receiving your emailed order confirmation. You can cancel your purchase through your account profile or send an email with a cancellation request within this time to customersupport@swiftchoice.com.
Once that time has passed, we are no longer able to cancel the order or stop shipment.
How can you cancel an order in your account?
In the "My Orders" section, a cancel button will be displayed opposite your order. It will be active for 30 minutes, after which you will not be able to cancel your order.
