Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our online store. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a Return or Exchange on most items returned within 60 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a Return, or Exchange, your item must be in the original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
Refund Policy
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift cards
- Clearance items
- Items that have been damaged or altered
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Downloadable software products
- Most products from the food category
Shipping
We will bear return shipping costs unless the item was purchased in error or the item is in a product category for which the store does not accept returns.
Contact Us
- To request a return of an item for a refund or replacement, click "My Account" in the top right corner and select “My refunds” from the drop-down menu.
- Find the order you would like to return in the list of your orders and click on its number.
- Click the “Request return” button in the top right corner.
- Mark a checkbox next to the item you would like to return and select the reason from the drop-down menu below the item you selected. You can also leave an optional note in the appropriate field.
- Then click the “Request return” button to your right.
