I like the blender, but they didn’t send the one Iordered. Since I paid redirected through shop, I didn’t have a place to request a return label. I was able to contact customer support and send pictures of what I ordered along with pictures of what they sent. They didn’t correct their mistake. They didn’t send any portion of a refund of the difference in price. They “couldn’t” send the missing component separately since they’re sold as a package. It was a negative experience, but the magic bullet blender does work. I’ll do my best to avoid doing business with Swiftchoice in the future.
