I had no problem with your customer service. I am having a problem finding brass tags that don't come scratched up. I stopped ordering them form another place because they have too many scratches and I cannot engrave them and sell them with scratches all over them. So I thought I would try getting them from a new vender (which is you) but these came scratched as well. They do not have as many scratches as my last vender but they still have too many.
If I am engraving these for people to buy from me, they are expecting them to be shiny and scratch free. Why are these so scratched up if they are for engraving?
