Humidity sensing wall control that converts any ventilation fan to a humidity sensing fan. Precisely control the ventilation in bathrooms or indoor environments to mitigate mold and moisture issues from improper use of exhaust fans. Features up to 4 times faster humidity sensing then the competition. Mold development will be reduced and air quality improved. Features fast install and programming with no caulking or special tools needed. Three modes are available for easy programming: Auto Sense Mode with patented Sensaire technology, Duty Cycle mode (meets ASHRAE 62.2) or RH% Humidistat mode (complies with CA Title 24). All modes have a user adjustable automatic shutoff timer. Precise sensitivity adjustment allows for variable setting from 20% to 80% relative humidity allowing fan to work when homeowner requires, regardless of climate or season. Fits in a single gang box. Compatible with any ventilation fan. LED (light emitting diode) indicator on for fan. Comes with a manual On/Off option. Rated 120-volt, 6-amp (fan only, or fan/light combo). Face plate not included.
