The Black + Decker Premium Vacuum Sealer protects against freezer burn and keeps food fresh up to 5 times longer than traditional methods. Preserve, boil, microwave and sous-vide. Multiple push button functions give you the ability to choose what settings work best for the food you are sealing, which is great when preserving a wide variety of food items. The Dry/Moist function allows you choose between different food types and Pulse Mode lets you control the pressure when it comes to sealing delicate food items.
